Minimum charge is for 1 hour Then charged per (or part) of 30 minutes

Fixed Rate Price

When the scope of the work is known it is possible to obtain a fixed quote, quoting can be done by photographs or videos and in person inspections.

Boiler / Central Heating Repair

When called to diagnose a heating problem, I will come and find out what the problem is. If the problem can be fixed within the first hour and requires no parts then you will need to pay for just one hour (plus parking).

otherwise I give a price for the completion of the work, then you can decide to go ahead or not. If you decide not to go ahead to repair the boiler You will be charged just one hour for the diagnostic visit.
